The Patron
As figurehead of the Trust, the Patron shall direct inspection into Trust activities and advises the Board of Trustees when necessary.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees
• The Chairman shall be the administrative head of the Trust and shall be responsible for promoting and maintaining the efficiency and good order of the Trust.
• The Chairman shall be by virtue of his office be a member of all committees formed by the Board of Trustees, unless otherwise expressly provided.
• The Chairman shall be responsible for policy matters, planning, coordinating, public relations, fundraising and general development of the Trust.
• The Chairman shall make proposals on policies that have a Trust-wide application.

The Legal Trustee
• The legal secretary shall be responsible for drafting all of the Trust’s legal documents.
• The legal secretary shall be responsible for advising the Board of Trustees on all matters legal.
• The Legal Secretary shall be the bearer of the Trust Seal and shall be responsible for executing all Trust documents.
