EVENT INVITATION
Mwenda’s courtyard in Utalii House along Uhuru Highway, sporting new tasteful decor, will be the venue for Afya Kenya Foundation supporters to turn up in their hundreds to help raise awareness and funds to tackle health issues in Kenyan Society. Entrance charges are 500 shillings per person and 400 shillings for STA card holders. Ample and secure parking available.
Socially conscious music lovers of all ages are encouraged to come out in force to watch the dazzling performances by R&B crooners Elani, the effervescent benga artist Dan Chizi with his band, The Wananchi, the hugely talented Chris Adwar and the Villagers band and Sauti sol (all Afya Kenya Foundation Goodwill Ambassadors.)
There will be poetical pieces by actress Mkamzee, accomplishe writer Ngwalito Mawiyoo and Cedric Kuloba and stunning monologues by Eddy Kimani and Joed Ngaruiya in addition to a variety of painted art pieces by Samuel Githegi on display and for sale at the site gallery. The event will be MCeed by silverscreen star Charles Ouda.
